This morning I received this photo in my messenger. This photo says it all. Author Sheri Richerson had a 25 year dream. That dream was to publish a book about Chocolate. No, not the kind we buy in the store. But the true chocolate that was at one time used as currency. At one time only Royality was given the privilege of drinking it.
Sheri has taken this dream and turned it into four books in one. It is a gardening, book, a cookbook for chefs, cooks and bakers, a history book. The time she spent researching this book and years spent putting it together is amazing. If you are a gardner, cook, baker or history buff you will love this book. Yes, even the young chefs, bakers and gardners will enjoy this book while learning the history of the cocoa bean.
