Okay my little chickadees, all day I have been working on another children’s book. This one by my friend, co-host and fellow author Mary Brotherton. Sally’s Heart is a book that explains organ donation to children on their level. We decided to make the cover begin the story. The back cover is a nod to my granddaughter Remonda who we lost at 13. Her heart was donated to a 12 year old girl, who is doing very well today. The friend who designed her marker suggested the double hearts. It speaks the story perfectly.The Book is dedicated to Mary’s Cousin Linda who was a receipent of someone’s heart because they chose to give the gift of live. This book is wonderful for children who either are losing someone they love or have lost someone they love who gave their organs. A greater love hath no man.
