
A journey through diary entries as a queen begins emerging. The possibilities are endless when you write things down and look back in a month’s time and see changes towards healing, dreams, goals, the healthy grocery list you made, or the list of to do things each day that helps calm chaos and anxiety by giving you a release outlet. Diary entries were my first suggested therapy coping mechanism and this is where we are today. Written words bring a sense of accountability when we focus on the next step towards dreams in our lives. It demonstrates the changes you notice in yourself, even in as little as 31 days and represents pieces of my personalities. It’s a way to retrain your brain toward releasing stress in a constructive way. Love Gwen
