Hello to AllI hope your year has started well.  Our new year brought deep winter which included the beauty of a snowfall and the chill of very cold temperatures.  A lot has been happening with my book ‘Secrets’ and I would like to share that with you.  . 

  • February found ‘Secrets’ featured in two publications —
  • ‘Secrets’ is a scheduled feature in The Urlar, a publication of the Scottish Clan MacPherson Association, USA and the L.I.N.D.A. national newsletter, both organizations where I have been a member for many years.
  • ‘Secrets’ performed well in sales becoming December’s #4 bestseller for my publisher Midnight Publishing and showing sales in Canada.  Thank you Terry and Craig.
  • ‘Secrets’ has been accepted and added to the Franklin, NC Fontana Library catalog, which is an accomplishment, for all books added to library catalogs have to be approved.
  • ‘Secrets’ has been added to The Book Network utilized by book clubs across the UK.
  • The North Carolina Writers Network has added ‘Secrets’ to its collection of North Carolina authors at BookBuzz.
  • A sequel to ‘Secrets’ is in the works and will hopefully be on market in the fall of this year.  The sequel reveals the cost of her secret gift as Brianna engages in closer relationships.

In the meantime I have a new book targeted for release this summer.  It is a story that explores what would happen if a departed loved one returned to your life for a twenty-four period.  Would you accept the gift of one more day with that person, or would you refuse it?  Would you believe that person was real?  What would you say to them?  How would you spend your time together?  How would you make that time special?  Is there a lesson to be learned through this experience?  These are the questions the story explores and offers a possibility as well as a love story.  I will keep you updated when the release date and title are decided.
