Living in rural Cornwall, England, with her husband, two Labradors, and ten chickens, she finally found the time to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a novelist after her children flew the nest.
Her debut novel, Pasties and Passion Under Penlowan Lighthouse, is the first in a series set in the fictional Cornish village of Penlowan, where romance, secrets, friendship, and intrigue are never far from the surface. Through richly drawn characters and atmospheric coastal settings, her stories celebrate love, community, hope and fresh beginnings at every stage of life.
Away from her desk, she enjoys painting, cooking, time with family and friends, coastal adventures, and cold water swimming in the Cornish Sea.
